What do we know about the history of humans? If you red the book Homo Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari than that book might feel like the most actual version of our history as we know it today.

However, some crucial things are missing in this book. Evolution is a slow process and evolutionary changes take thousands of years. The Homo Sapiens evolved from hunter-gatherers to farmers to city builders with a deep understanding of astronomy, architecture, and agriculture within a relatively short time, give or take 15,000 years.

And what about the ancient pyramids and temples? There are theories about how the Pyramids were built, but the truth is that don’t know how they were build.

Even with nowadays technology, it would take a serious amount of resources and planning in combination with an astronomical budget to build them. To give an example, a typical tower crane can lift an unsupported weight of around 20 tonnes, The largest granite stones in the Great Pyramid, found in the “King’s” chamber, weigh 25 to 80 Tonnes.

There is still no good explanation why ancient pyramids and temples are not only found in Egypt but on all continents, sometimes with very similar building techniques and sometimes in very unusual locations.

In my book, I explain that we might have had a bit of help starting 500,000 to 300,000 years ago and excelled us into the species that we are today.

Please don’t have an open mind and be skeptical at the same time when you read this book. Let your mind wander and try to be radically open! This might be difficult at first, but I promise you that after reading this book you will have a completely different idea of our history. And not only our history. But more of that later.

I hope this book will inspire you to start to see things differently. To feel encouraged to live your life fully and to explore all the magic things that we can achieve as humans.

Chapter 1: Start with why?

Exploring ancient history helps us see valuable lessons in how people used to live and think. This short journey into the past will show why it’s important to understand ancient wisdom, touching on topics like health, astrology, and the mysteries of science and Earth.

Health and Water

Long ago, people knew that water was more than just something to drink—it was vital for health and had a spiritual meaning. They believed in living in harmony with nature, which is a lesson we’re remembering today as we aim for healthier lives.

The idea of chakras, or energy centers in our body, teaches us about balance. Knowing about chakras helps us see health as not just physical but also emotional and spiritual, making us aim for a balanced life.

Just as the human body has chakras, the Earth is thought to have similar energy points that influence the spiritual and physical health of the planet. These chakras are locations where the Earth’s energy is highly concentrated and can be felt more intensely.

In ancient Khem, the Nile River was also a spiritual guide. The temples built along its banks were placed strategically aligned with the Earth’s energy centers.

Astrology was not just about predicting the future but understanding how the stars and planets’ movements affect us. This ancient knowledge shows us the importance of being in tune with the natural cycles of life.

Our ancestors were curious about dimensions beyond our world, the life in space, and the secrets beneath the Earth’s surface. Their stories and beliefs encourage us to keep exploring the unknown.

The possibility that sound was used to levitate stones for the pyramids suggests that ancient civilizations possessed advanced knowledge and techniques that have been lost to time. This idea opens up discussions about the potential of sound and vibration.

Chapter 2: Radical open

Before we start, I want to emphasize again that you need to be radically open when you read this book. I know this is very difficult, especially if you were born in The Netherlands like I was.

I think the Netherlands is seen worldwide as an open-minded country, we pride ourselves on being the first ones to legalize soft drugs and celebrate same-sex marriages. It’s also a country with a strong Catholic and Protestant history. It was not so long ago that married women were not allowed to work. That boys went to boys’ school, and girls went to girls’ school. There is a saying in the Netherlands, that translates as ‘Just act normal, that’s already crazy enough’. And with this, there is this strange thing that most Dutch people don’t allow them to be fully open to new ideas, they would rather say ‘I’m skeptical’.

There are thousands of crop circle videos and thousands of extraterrestrial encounters documented, there are thousands of reports of ghosts and haunted houses, and thousands of videos with humans demonstrating paranormal gifts, we might at times be drawn to the idea that this might be a real thing, but rather that than that we prefer to stay ‘skeptical’.

This book is about our history, but it’s not based purely based on ancient scripts and archeological discoveries. I’m using a rather non-orthodox approach to support this alternative version.

In the next chapter, I’m going to explain what that is.

Chapter 3: Channeling

Since childhood, I had a fascination for the mysteries of our history. Especially ancient history and extraterrestrial life. After reading the book ‘Chariots of the Gods’ by Erich van Danichen at the age of 12, I was convinced that the Gods were extraterrestrials. 26 years later I found my proof.

Mathias de Stefano

One day in the autumn of 2023, while walking along the riverside of Lisbon, I was listening to a podcast by Aubrey Marcus, he usually talks about self-improvement and health. And this time his guest was Mathias de Stefano. Mathias had a special gift, he was able to remember his past lives. My skeptical mind was about to look for another podcast, but something was so intriguing about Mathias that I decided to keep listening. Mathias’s story about his past life in Khem (Egypt) was fascinating and with such a level of detail that you couldn’t even make it up if you had to.

At the time of writing, Aubrey Marcus has half a million subscribers to his YouTube channel and over 700 videos. Mathias de Stefano’s Instagram account has 403K followers. On Gaia.com Mathias has 4 Seasons full of episodes where he shares his memories.

This podcast triggered a long-suppressed longing to study our history and plot it on a timeline, to expand our current beliefs and break with the idea that we are the result of millions of years of evolution.

It was in October of 2023 that my girlfriend started to worry. All day I was watching everything I could find about Mathias de Stefano. Like the mathematician John Nash in Beautiful Mind I start plotting his memories of his past lives into a timeline. Daily I went to the local copyshop to print the updated version of my history map. This went on for weeks. I just couldn’t focus on my work anymore.

I plotted everything I could find that would debunk or support Mathias’s past life stories into this timeline.

There were many moments when I started questioning myself, what if Mathias made everything up?

Luckily my girlfriend was an amazing support and she asked me if I knew Zé Arigó?

Zé Arigó

Zé Arigó was born at Fazenda do Faria, a small city in Brazil. The family’s few resources only ensured that he studied up to the third grade of the current Elementary School, at Grupo Escolar Barão de Congonhas.

Around 1950, Arigó began to experience severe headaches, insomnia, perceiving visions (a light described as very bright), and a guttural voice (in a language he did not understand) that made him believe he was on the verge of madness. The situation lasted for about three years, during which he visited doctors and specialists, without improvement.

Arigó kept having the same dream where he heard a voice that bothered him. In the dream, he saw a strong, bald man wearing old clothes and a white apron. This man was supervising a group of doctors and nurses in a big room where they were working on a patient. The dream happened many times. Then, the man in the dream told Arigó he was Adolph Fritz, a German doctor who died during the First World War (1914-1918) before finishing his work on Earth. Arigó didn’t fully understand the language, but he got the message: he was chosen by Dr. Fritz to continue his work through him. Other spirits, like doctors and nurses who had also died, would help them.

Desperate, without finding a way out, one day he decided to try to fulfill the dream’s request: finding a friend, crippled, forced to use crutches to walk, Arigó suddenly ordered him to give up his crutches. And tearing them off with his own hands, he then ordered his friend to walk, which he did, continuing to do so from that day forward.

From then on, a force that Arigó considered as “strange” began to use his rough hands to handle rough instruments, in delicate surgical procedures, in caring for the sick and afflicted.

Hundreds of thousands of people – reportedly including the Superman actor Christopher Reeve – have visited Mr Faria since 1990 because they believe in the faith healer’s ‘psychic surgery’.

Arigó treated up to 1,000 people a day, never using anaesthetic or antiseptic, even when performing invasive surgery.

‘I work on average for 14 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, incorporated with Dr Fritz, I only sleep four or five hours a night. My life revolves around my spiritual work.’

It was proven that the medium’s practice did not involve illusionism or sorcery, declaring that 95% of the medium’s diagnoses were correct and that operations carried out with a pocket knife, without any asepsis, were only possible due to their sensitivity, explainable only in the light of parapsychology.

Arigó died on January 11, 1971, in a car accident on the BR-040 highway.

It’s an unbelievable story, a story well known in Brazil, well documented and researched, the main narrative in the media is skeptical and focuses on the accusation of murder, tax evasion, charlatanism, and money laundering.

I started to open up to the idea that people can act as channelers. I found two cases that felt trustworthy, so maybe other channelers could shine some light on my study of our history.

One other thing that came to my attention while watching Mathias’ videos is that there are multiple dimensions. We operate in the 3rd dimension. I will explain more about this later on, but for now keep in mind that there is the 8th dimension, known as the Akashic records which is key in understanding channeling.

Bashar by Darryl Anka

Darryl Anka is a filmmaker and writer involved in several projects. He produced three films: “Dearly Departed,” a fictional documentary on Near-Death Experiences completed in 2012, “First Contact,” a 2016 documentary about a UFO encounter and extraterrestrial channeling; and “Alienated,” a sci-fi film co-written and co-produced with his wife, Erica Jordan.

Darryl is a public speaker on various metaphysical subjects, has given international seminars for the past 30 years, and has had more than 20 metaphysical books published in the U.S. and Japan.

The first time I was introduced to Darryl Anka was through his channeling of Bashar, a multidimensional being, a friend from the future who has spoken for the past 35 years through Darryl Anka.

Kryon by Lee Carrol

Lee Carroll is an American channeller, speaker, and author. Carroll has authored thirteen books on channellings from an entity he calls “Kryon”. He has been channeling Kryon for over 30 years.

The information from these channels has been extremely useful in constructing the chapters of our history. For now, this introduction to channeling is enough to go to the next chapter.

In the next chapter, we dive deeper into the Old Testament, yes, the holy Bible. Where we start with the most obvious question – who is God?

Chapter 4: Who is god?

The Holy Bible is the most-read book in the world. In the past 50 years, the Bible has sold over 3.9 billion copies.

It’s a collection of religious texts or scriptures, some, all, or a variant of which, are held to be sacred in Christianity, Judaism, Samaritanism, Islam, Baha’i’ism, and many other religions.

The Bible is not a single book; it is a collection of books whose complex development is not completely understood.

The oldest books began as songs and stories orally transmitted from generation to generation.

The Dead Sea Scrolls, discovered in the caves of Qumran in 1947, are copies that can be dated to between 250 BCE. They are the oldest existing copies of the books of the Hebrew Bible of any length that are not fragments.

Elohim and YHWH Elohim

God, or Sons of God or Lord of God is the English translation for the Hebrew word Elohim or YHWH Elohim.

Elohim in Hebrew is plural, and that is kind of inconvenient since all religions for whom the Bible is sacred are mono-theism. We come back to that later.

Mauro Biglino, an expert in ancient languages and translator for Edizioni San Paolo, gained public attention starting in 2010 for his literal reinterpretation of the Bible. His work involved translating 19 books of the Old Testament. Biglino’s best-selling essays guide readers through a journey of biblical verses, analyzed in their original ancient Hebrew form, unencumbered by any preconceived notions or theological biases.

Mauro stated the word God is the same word for:

  • Elohiym (in Hebrew)
  • Anunna or Anunnaki (in Sumerian)
  • Theō (in Greek)
  • Aessir (in Old Norse)

This blew my mind. Because we can start to link the myths of the Nordic religions with the translations of the Sumerian Clay Tablets. And the good thing is that thousands of clay tablets have been found in Iraq and their translations are key to understanding the most important part of our history.

The Old Testament contains the stories of Genesis, which you are probably familiar with. Later on, you’ll learn what the Garden of Eden is, and we dive deeper into the significance of Noah and the flood.

Chapter 5: The Anunnaki

Now that we can link the Anunnaki with God (or The Gods) we can learn more about who The Gods in the bible are.

Let’s have a look at some of these old texts:

The Sumerian king’s list

The Sumerian King List is an ancient document that records the reigns of rulers from different Sumerian cities. It’s unique for its mixture of pre-dynastic kings, who reigned for thousands of years, and historical figures.

The list is significant as it represents one of the earliest systematic historical records, and it’s a key source for understanding early Mesopotamian civilization. Here is the summary:

Antediluvian rulers – Total span of 241,200 Years
First dynasty of Kish – Total span of 24,510 Years
First rulers of Uruk – Total span of 2,310 years
First dynasty of Ur – Total span of 167 years

Intuitively I thought that the years didn’t represent years, but the shortest reign was Uruk, in the 3rd dynasty: 25 years. So even if we divide that number by itself (assuming that the shortest a king can reign is 1 year) the total amount of years still exceeds 50,000 years.

I know, your skeptical mind says this is not possible. So just let it sink in and before we go to the next document, make a note of the fact that earlier kings reigned significantly longer than later kings.

The Atrahasis Epic is an ancient Mesopotamian text, dating back to around 1700 BCE.

The narrative begins with the gods laboring to create the world. The lesser gods, burdened with hard work, complain and rebel against the higher gods, leading to the creation of humans to bear the burdens of labor.

When the gods instead of man
Did the work, bore the loads,
The gods’ load was too great,
The work too hard, the trouble too much,
The great Anunnaki made the Igigi
Carry the workload sevenfold.

Humans are created by the god Enki and the mother goddess Mami to relieve the gods of their labor. Atrahasis is one of these first humans, a wise and pious figure.

Belet-ili the womb-goddess is present
Let her create primeval man
So that he may bear the yoke [( )],
So that he may bear the yoke, [the work of Ellil],
Let man bear the load of the gods!’

Nintu shall mix clay
With his flesh and his blood.
Then a god and a man
Will be mixed together in clay.
Let us hear the drumbeat forever after,
Let a ghost come into existence from the god’s flesh,
Let her proclaim it as his living sign,
And let the ghost exist so as not to forget (the
slain god).’

As humans multiply, they become noisy and disturb the peace of the gods. In response, the gods decide to control the human population. They unleash a series of plagues and disasters, including famine and drought, but each time Atrahasis makes offerings to the gods, and Enki advises him on how to counter these disasters.

Finally, the god Enlil decides to send a great flood to wipe out humanity. Enki, who is sympathetic to humans, warns Atrahasis of the impending flood and instructs him to build a boat. Atrahasis heeds the warning, builds a boat, and brings his family and animals aboard.

The flood destroys all life except for those on Atrahasis’s boat. After the flood, the gods regret their decision, realizing they now lack humans to provide them with food and offerings. Enki proposes a solution to control the human population through natural means like infertility, infant mortality, and the establishment of various classes of women, some of whom cannot bear children.

These texts are simular to the story of Adam and Eve and Noah and the Great Flood.

In the next chamber we dive into the story of Adam and Eve, or to be more precise: The Adam race and the eve.

Chapter 6: The Adam race

The first time I heard the Adam and Eve story it didn’t make much sense. The story felt incoherent and it lacked a moral.

God creates Adam and Eve, the first humans, and places them in the Garden of Eden. They are allowed to eat from any tree except the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Tempted by a serpent, Eve eats the fruit from this forbidden tree and gives some to Adam, who also eats it. As a result, they become aware of their nakedness and are subsequently banished from the Garden of Eden as punishment for their disobedience.

But after studying it for a bit, I started to see the real meaning.

First, Paradise or Garden is not the most accurate translation as some scholars point out the ‘Enclosed Garden’ fits better.

Bashar explains that Anu decided to mix their genes with the natural humanoid, known as Homo Erectus or Homo Habilis, on Earth. This happened around 300,000 to 500,000 years ago, resulting in the creation of Homo sapiens through genetic manipulation. In this narrative, the snake symbolizes knowledge and wisdom about DNA. The Anunnaki, a higher species, didn’t want humans to possess this knowledge and preferred them to remain somewhat subservient. Hence, acquiring this knowledge was considered forbidden.

The Anunnaki established several laboratories on Earth, referred to as Gardens, with the primary one located in the Eden region of the Middle East, near the Euphrates River. “Eden” was just the name given to this main base. When the majority of the Anunnaki, who hadn’t come to Earth, realized what had been done on Earth, they saw it as a violation of their laws and recalled those who were on Earth.

However, humans still required guidance as they had many genetic potentials that were not activated. Some of the Anunnaki stayed behind to become tutors for humans, helping them to navigate and develop despite the genetic limitations imposed on them.

Not the first genetic experiment

Lilith, the first ‘wive’ of Adam

Lilith is first mentioned in ancient Babylonian texts as a class of winged female demons that attack pregnant women and infants.

According to the “first Eve” account, God fashioned Lilith from dust and placed her in the garden alongside Adam. However, conflicts arose when Adam attempted to assert dominance over Lilith. One version recounts Lilith’s refusal to assume a subservient position during intimate relations, asserting her belief in equality as both were created from the earth’s dust. Disagreeing with Adam, Lilith chose to depart the Garden of Eden.

In the Qu’ran there is an interesting story of Iblis:

… Iblis approached the animals of the world to see which one would bear him into the Garden of Eden so that he could speak with Adam and his wife and tempt them towards evil.

All of the animals refused except the serpent. He told her: ‘I will protect you from the children of Adam; you will be under my protection if you get me into the Garden.’ She placed him between her two fangs. They entered the Garden and they both spoke from her mouth.

In Ishaq’s sirah, the serpent is depicted as a graceful animal that walked on four legs, but as a result of her collaboration with Iblis, Allah punished her and condemned her to travel on her belly.

The Nephilim are beings in the Hebrew Bible who are described as being large and strong. The Hebrew word Nephilim is sometimes translated as “giants“, and sometimes taken to mean “the fallen ones”. Their origins are disputed. Some view them as offspring of fallen angels (Anunnaki) and humans.

Proof of genetic experiments?

We do find some proof in our genetics that confirms this hypotheses, coincidentally we find it in the Mitochondrial Eve. Conclusions from this study comfirm that:

  • The effective population size of the ancient human never dropped below tens of thousands.
  • Most recent common ancestor (MRCA) of all living humans lived around 155,000 years ago.

There is much more to disect from the Adam and Eve story, but for now I leave you with this.

And we move on with the story of the great flood.
